"I originally tested this product with a garden hose and it overflowed, but then I read the directions and it said to mist the roof to replicate rainfall, and then increase the flow from the hose. The water all went into the gutter. It helps when I read the directions right on the box! Installation was easy, and affordable...and the product works."

"I have a 7/12 roof pitch and the water just ran across these and onto the ground. I thinks these would work if you had a 5/12 pitch were the water is not moving so fast. I would HIGHLY recomend to buy 1 pc and put a garden hose on it to test."

"I called Elko about some missing clips from a Gutter Genius DIY box that had been opened from the store. The owner picked up the phone! He sent out clips that day, and I had them 3 days later. It was great doing business with a small, family owned company. The product is working great!"
