"This door is built very well, installs easily the spring system is a easy to install. The Clopay web site has installation videos they are very good. If you remove an old door with an old torsion spring just raise the door put clamps in the rail so it wont fall down then release the spring tension remove clamps get a few guys to help lower door then remove spring and door."
