"This door was a pretty good value when I bought it (January 2009, before the recent $50.00 increase). Instructions were pretty good, but were a bit hard to follow in a couple of places. One instruction manual for all doors leads to confusing diagrams and steps to skip if they don't apply to your door. One manual for single spring doors and another for double spring models would make for easier to follow instructions. Quality of material appears satisfactory and time will tell about the better than average warranty. This fit my needs exactly and I would recommend to others. One note of caution, however, this is for a person who is methodical, able to follow detailed written instructions, and familiar with construction issues."
