"This was a great purchase! I was able to buy it online and use the "ship to store" option for free shipping. They were very good about communicating the status of the order and it was there in good shape when they said it was. The installation directions are very thorough and detailed. I did the install alone and had no problems. It took a couple of hours but I wasn't rushing... The unit is made well and operates very well. It feels nice and sturdy. (My wife can operate it easily.) I finished the door as the directions said, and it came out looking nice. The install materials contain templates to locate the door hardware and they worked well. I have no complaints about this ladder and I would happily recommend it to anyone."
