Easy care maintenance - NO WAX, wipe with damp cloth or sponge. 12" x 12" tiles; 45 tiles per carton, 45 sq. ft. per carton. 1 year limited wear warranty. NOTE: Shade variances occur between production runs on all patterns. If selling more than 1 carton to a customer, make sure the dye lot run number marked on the outside of each carton is the same in order to insure color consistency. "The rating is for the tile--not the supplier. I have this tile (originally bought at Big Lots) on my kitchen and bathroom floors and like it very much. I ordered 7 boxes of the parquet vinyl tile shown above to coordinate the dining area with the kitchen. What arrived was totally different than what is shown. Beware that what you see pictured (and order) is not necessarily what doitbest.com will ship. I am VERY disappointed with my first order with doitbest.com."
