"After 2 seasons it developed a leak at the handle and spews water all over the place. When this valve is shut off it's fine. The problem is when its open or on and the hose is shut off at the end water flows non-stop out around the handle from the valve itself. My plumbers exact words were "they are junk." B&K Mueller does have a warranty on this & I hear they will ship new parts at no cost, that's the only positive thing about it and why I gave it 2 stars instead of 1."

"I love the quarter turn feature zero leaks when warm. Developed drips when used in winter then froze. After 2 winters the internal portion of valve broke. Won't shut off or go full on, causing the need for immediate replacement. Would like to try another but can't recommend to others yet."

Handles wear out easily

"I like the B & K quartermaster Frost Free Sillcok but the handles do not last. They wear out very fast, ie. they do not turn the water off and on. You have to get new handles."
