Unit comes ready-to-install with 2 sets of 4" numbers and 10" of wire, mounting hardware, and illustrated instructions. Unit can be connected to an existing 16V to 24V doorbell transformer. Unit measures 5" H. x 10" L. x 2" D. Black fixture with clear acrylic cover. Uses a 14V GE model No. 12328 or equivalent wedge base bulb. UL listed. 1 per clamshell.
