"I put it in, worked great. Next day it quit. I tried to fix it, seemed to have a lose connection some where. Nothing would make it work right, so I called Zenith, like it said to do in the instructions, and they didn't want to replace it. I'll never buy another zenith product again. Their customer service is the worst I've ever worked with. It took me four phone calls to get to talk to a person, the first three I got disconnected. I haven't found another chime yet, but I can tell you it won't be a zenith when I do."
