Best Tie Down

"I am in a power chair and bought these to strap it down on my hitch mounted carrier. I needed something simple, easy, and quick for my wife, daughter, or any other person (including my 92 yr old grandfather) who might be loading it for me. I couldn't have asked for anything better. Once bolted on, they simply pull out and hook onto my chair and self retract. Then with just a couple of ratchets, they snug up tight and lock into place. There is no messing around with hooking and unhooking straps that get all tangled up and need to be stored inside when not in use. They are so simple that very little explanation is needed for someone new to fasten down my chair. They are so quick that hooking everything up in bad weather isn't such a big chore. Just a pull of the lever then unlocks the strap to unfasten the chair when preparing to unload it. So glad I found them!"
