"This is a truly horrible design. The lid fits poorly, the latching handles really don't work, the lid is way too flexible - think of a giant piece of Tupperware with a badly fitted lid.
The wheels are a complete waste of space. It is one giant compromise in order to allow the mfr. to stack the cans for shipping. Because of this, the wheels and axle are extremely narrow and the can will easily tip over. To make matters worse, you can't even ditch the wheels and use it as a regular can because the bottom is no longer flat."
