Best company I have ever dealt with Date: May 5, 2008
"I purchased two Grip and Grabs last summer. I was really pleased with the holding power they have . Nothing i used in the past did the job as well . This spring I was using one of them , and it broke . I tried to fix the piece that broke , but no way was it going to hold . I finally made up my mind to purchase one if not two more . While looking it up on the internet , I thought maybe the part was replaceable . So i called customer service at Ettore , to try to replace the broken part . Well to my surprise , the customer service person told me she would just send me a new complete grabber . I have never been treated so fairly and without an arguement . i would recommend the Grip-n-Grab to anyone interested in a very good grabber . Thanks go out to Ettore and thier customer service"

Great Tool for the Kitchen Date: December 4, 2007
"I bought the Grip 'N Grab for my wife to reach cans in the top of the kitchen cabinets. She has said many times that it is one of the best tools she has ever had in the kitchen. She keeps it on top of the fridge and uses it often to take down and put up cans and jars. We are buying one for my mother for Christmas."
