"I've bought several of these over the past few years. I used one at work and now have one at home mostly to make tea with. If you ever need a cup of hot water for tea, hot chocolate, instant noodles, or whatever, this is the thing to buy. It's much faster than using a stove or even a microwave. We make all our tea and coffee using ours. I have given several for gifts and so far, without exception, everyone has really enjoyed it. I have no hesitation whatever in recommending it."

"My boyfriend brought one of these with him when we moved in together. I no longer use my tea pot! I love this little machine! It is so easy to use, and heats up water faster too than a conventional tea pot. I am going to purchase one of these for my parents for Christmas!"

Easy to Use even for my kids

"We bought this to allow my daughter to make her own hot chocolate and ramin in-a-cup. It is so easy. You just add the water, plug it in, hit the button, wait 45-60 seconds and then hit the lever on the front to pour. Works great for ramin in-a-cup."
