"The Gardena 380 is a well designed, quality built, and efficient functioning machine. The non contact cutting method makes for minimal resistance to push, and the reel blade system cuts a smooth and even swath through the lawn. To get that polished look, especially with grass that's grown tall, you'll have to do multiple passes to cut from both directions, but its well worth the extra walking and pushing to have that peace of mind from the low/no noise motor-less machine. I would readily recommend this lightweight and smooth running reel mower for anybody looking to mow their lawn the old school way -- without the need for gasoline.
As a final note, there's no need for bagging or raking since the cuttings are a natural mulch for your lawn."
