Valspar GRAY GARAGE FLOOR EPOXY

This water-based, 2-part epoxy provides the toughest garage floor protection in 1 coat. This epoxy is fortified with new heavy-duty resin technology to provide superior durability. It beautifies and protects with a durable finish that protects against damage from hot tires, gasoline, oil, scuffs, wear, and tear. Do Not apply this product over sealed surfaces. Allow 60 days minimum for new concrete surfaces to cure before painting. Clean and etch new or bare concrete with Bond-Lok cleaner. 1 kit covers approximately 250 sq. ft. Dries to the touch in 8 to 12 hours, wait 12 to 24 hours for light foot traffic, 72 hours for automobile traffic. Clean up with warm, soapy water. Outstanding outcome

"I purchased and applied the gray garage floor kit with blue flakes in my new workshop. It took some work to go thru the process of cleaning, etching, and applying, however, the finished product is fantastic in appearance. Epoxy base should provide a very durable surface. Now planning on doing a 30x28, two-car garage as well. The 4 kits required will be well worth the cost."

"Very easy to mix and apply. Do acid etch the surface ,,, period, and be certain to shake chips from can in an upward direction. Best applied when outdoor temperature is between 60-75F. Will set fast when temp exceeds 75F."
