You can rinse this cleaner for instant results or leave it on and let Mother Nature do the roof cleaning with natural rainfall. It is easy-to-apply, easy-to-clean, and no special tools are needed. It should be applied yearly (no rinsing needed) to keep ugly roof stains away forever. Mixing ratio: 2 gallon of warm water to 1/2 to 1 cup of cleaner. Use either of 2 application methods. Gradual stain removal method: This no-rinse method is designed for difficult, inaccessible conditions, and persons wishing to stay off of the roof. Apply with pump sprayer from the ground or from a safe location without risking injury from a fall. 2 coats are required and the results will be seen over the next 6 months. Rapid stain removal method: Apply solution with pump sprayer and wait 1 hour to dry. Then use 400 P.S.I. to 600 P.S.I. water pressure to thoroughly rinse shingles to get instant results.
