A premium interior latex semi-gloss enamel for use on walls, woodwork, masonry, and primed metal. It goes on easy without excessive spatter and flows out to a smooth, polished look similar to traditional oil products. It provides superior adhesion to new or previously finished surfaces and won\'t discolor from mildew in humid areas such as kitchens or baths. The highly scrubbable finish is perfect for surfaces which require cleaning. May be applied to properly prepared wall of plaster, wallboard, masonry, brick, wood, or primed metal. Recommended for bedrooms, living rooms, and areas where a durable finish is desired. Dries to touch in 30 minutes. If second coat is desired, allow 3 hours before applying. Easy clean up with soap and warm water. Covers up to 400 sq. ft. per gallon on smooth surfaces. 20 year warranty.
