"I'm a Texan and we use alot of Mesquite here. but it sometimes takes a while to be ready and may have too much mesquite taste. But with this product and some mequite logs it is a real excellent combination! I will continue to use this product in my offset smoker. and it really burns a long while. whoa!!"
