NOTE: Place swing set on level ground in an open area not less than 6' from any structure or obstruction such as house, garage, fence, laundry lines, overhanging branches, or electric wires. The swing set must not be installed over concrete, gravel, asphalt, or other hard surfaces which could cause injury in case of a fall. Grass, sand, wood chips, or other soft surfaces are ideal under swing sets.

"Decent kit for the money. Lumber costed me $145 and $80 for a slide. Should last a long time. Good alternative to really expensive sets I had been looking at and sturdier than low cost metal swings."
